I have been asked to hinge mortise, lock mortise and bore, and hang three  3'0" - 7' 0"  full light mahogany doors, in existing steel jamb openings. The doors will be provided.  I am a little bit of a fish out of water here and don't know what to charge. the people that I know have been all over the place with their pricing, leaving me even more confused.  What do the members of FOG think?  Thanks

Well, to start with, I think you ought to tell us where you live; begin with which country, then narrow it down from there... ;)

Cheers, Pete

Pete,

If you see inches and foots, that means definitely USA.  :)

How are they provided? In a warehouse across town or already placed next to door frame?

To do a professional job you will professional tools: door bench. lock boring jig ( not the $20 plastic junk at Hoe Depot), hinge routing jig, etc.

First door $1,500, second $500, third $300, plus the cost of a spare door marked up 35%.
