my dts 400 REQ suddenly stopped working and wont turn on, any ideas on what the problem might be or what part i need to order to fix it?

It's difficult to say with so little detail. Make sure the plug-it cable is properly connected to the 400 and twist locked, make sure the power is actually on to the outlet. Check the pins on the plug-it - if they look black then the cord or the socket may have gone bad.

cord looks good, i've had this problem before and sent it in to get fixed. i was just trying to fix it myself as we have 3 of these sanders its about the 4th time this has happened.
