Flat tablet. I chcecked  this hundred  times.

How did you get full depth of plunge without moving the saw? How are you holding the blade at full depth. Once the gauge has been calibrated/referenced nothing can be moved.

The saw needs to be secured so it can't move at all. Reference face needs to be the bottom of the base plate.

Again, the saw can be adjusted if the blade is out of square to the base.

You gauge is great for stationary equipment (within it's +/- 0.2º tolerance), not the best choice for a hand held tool.

Have You please any tips for doping that? I have perfect square ( i use it for calibrating), but i dont know how make measurement  to base plate.

Which model TS-55 do you have? There are numerous post in threads here that explain the process, need to know which model for the links.

I have TS55 REBQ and I have the stainless pin screwed  in the base  for better  calibration. So I need just  manual  to do that

Start here and follow the links in this thread. There is another explaining how to adjust the rear stop, can't find it right now. The only things you need to test square is the cut pieces themselves.

To answer your question about the CMS, my guess would be until the saw is square to itself the CMS will not improve the cut.

I notice there is a bench unit add on for the small festool planer.
Is there also cms planer mount/fence add on? That would be sweet for small stuff.

Yes there is a bench unit for the 850 planer. It doesn't mount on the CMS it held on the MFT useing clamps

I have often kicked around the idea of extending my bench unit to go longways on my MFT and have a nice indeed outfeed setup.  Might have to start designing!!

I have the 850 planer and the bench mounting. While the planer is great for what it is designed to do, the bench attachment does not transform the 850 into an instant replacement for a stationary wide and long planer.
