Has anyone else had problems contacting the Fan Shop? It looks like the only way to contact them is via email, which I have done several times over the past week but get no reply. I want to make an exchange on a defective item and I called the Festool number on. the webpage but apparently the Fan Shop is not a part of Festool itself. At least that's what the guy on the phone said.
More than 100 people have seen this since I posted it, and apparently no one else has had a problem. That said I have emailed the Fan Shop four times over the past ten days and have gotten no response. So I guess I'd just advise anyone purchasing there, it's "buyer beware". I guess I'm just out the money, but I have to say that given Festool's reputation, and my experience with their tools for quite a while, I'm surprised by the lack of standing by a product with their logo on it. At least it wasn't a ton of money I threw away.
