The set up does not bend the rods at all.

The setup is as sturdy as the assigned edge guides are.

[member=44099]Cheese[/member]  I think I see a spring washer in the Micro adjuster assembly. Is that washer easy to compress? Is there any lash or hesitation when turning the knob either way?

[member=297]Michael Kellough[/member] If I remember correctly...and that's a big IF...lash was just a tad less than .001". If you need a more accurate answer, I can check it later on today.

Found a post of yours in the “Woodpeckers Micro Adjust” thread. In reply #11 you said lash in the Micro-Fence was about .002”. Looks like you could tighten the nut a little more and reduce that?
