Presumably one of the features we like about the Festool saws is pendulum style blade (i.e., push down, automatically retracts). Why then did that style of biscuit cutter not catch on here in the US ? I have been using the Elu brand cutter for the last 13 years and it works well. Its blade works just like the Festool saw.
