Has anyone ever purchased from www.rutlands.com?

Has anyone ever purchased from www.rutlands.com?  Are they honest?  Reliable?  Would you use them again?

They carry router guide bushings in metric sizes, which apparently is difficult to find in the USA (but available everywhere in Europe).

Any experiences with them?  Good?  Bad?

yep.  they are reliable.  generaly good kit, and fairly cheep for this side of the pond.

Buy with caution from Rutlands.

Their website is very clean and glossy but a lot of their stuff is available from Banggood much cheaper, they just rebadge it as their own brand.

They have constant sales with supposedly massive reductions but the full price is generally way too expensive.

Also note that everything gets 5 star reviews which is hard to believe considering some of the stuff that they sell.

Experiences with them vary wildly. Just do a search on ukworkshop.co.uk on their brand name and see what pops up. But apart from pricing and quality issues (do your homework up front before ordering from them!) I don't think you are "at risk" when buying from them.

I just went to the Bangood site and looked at their router guide bushing set.  I did not bother to check if it was available in metric because they list the product as being "pure copper" when it is clearly made of brass. 

Five dollars cheaper than Ruttlands so the cost is not a factor. 

I am surprised that metric router guide bushing are so hard to find.  We have metric fasteners, metric drill bits and router bits and metric dowels available.

I have purchased from Amazon.uk and Amazon.de in the past.  I may be better off buying from one of them.  I already have an account there.

I bought them from Axminster (see this page). I have them for some years now and they haven't let me down.

I checked with Amazon England, Amazon Germany and Amazon Spain.  I have ordered from Amazon Germany and Amazon England and on one occasion the shipment ended up from Amazon Spain.  (All to the USA).

Amazon.uk has it for 38.69 pounds ($54.54 US $).
Amazon.de has it for 35.99 Euros ($43.72 US $).

I also tried Amazon.es but they don't offer an English translation and they don't understand my searches in English
