How many sawhorses do you use?

There are times when I might use a dozen or more, but my situation is far from normal. I could be building a giant U shaped countertop that needs a lot of support, or several things at a time.
We use much lighter horses than the solid ones posted above though.  These are cut on a CNC machine in a matter of minutes, 6 per sheet, IIRC.
Once assembled, we never take them apart again, though they can be. You could put a couple of pairs of them in the trunk of any car.

I have something between 6 and 8 pairs of those ridiculously cheap big box store saw horses. One pair in the workshop that gets used on almost every project and is always stored alongside 2 boards to make it a table. The others are neatly tucked away in the shed for when I need to max out on table capacity, or like last summer, when I simultaneously worked on 5 doors and don't want to lift up/lift off for each step and repeat for each and every door. Also when storing long materials these come in handy.

I don't own any high end/ sophisticated saw horses.

Kind regards,
Oliver
