Just want to say hi

Yesterday I ordered a Kapex, UG and CT26, all of which will arrive during the next two days.  I've flirted with Festool in the past, but I'm about to embark on some major finishing and refinishing work in my home.  I'm worried this will be the beginning of some significant tool conversion, but really looking forward to having some fun with some fine equipment.  [big grin]  I do feel a little silly not being a professional and spending this kind of money, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and after all, I'm saving some money by not hiring a contractor.  This must be an awfully common justification, but it works for me.

You do not need to be a pro to appreciate and use good tools.  And if you have trim work to do you will  love the accuracy  , quality cut, and lasers on Kapex plus the excellent DC. It will make that type of work easier.
