Kapex, CT-26 and Hose

I have a Fein dust hose that I kept when the vacuum gave up the ghost.  I am considering cutting it to about 6’ in length to go from my Kapex to the CT-26.

My question is whether using this NON-antistatic hose will cause the Kapex or CT-26 any harm?

If based on my years of using a regular hose, no harm to the Kapex. Unless I missed it, nothing in the Kapex manual says anti-static hoses are required. Not sure about the CT26 though.
