ksc 60 dust port adapter

I have the KSC 60 and it's primary home will be up against a wall.  The issue is that the dust port sticks straight out the back and makes it very difficult to connect to my CT dust extractor.  According to Festool, there is not an official 90 degree adapter for that saw.  Anyone know what kind of fitting I could get that would produce a good fitting right angle to make my dust collection easier?

If possible, avoid a 90* elbow that impedes airflow.
