So the warning isn't part of the manual (well, I didn't dig), it's on the documents that TWT makes.  I won't type the whole thing in, but it states it is a professional tool, for commercial use only.  It is extremely dangerous, not intended for personal, family use and must not be used for such purposes.

In many ways it's standard verbiage for basically anything sold in the US. How they would make the distinction I don't know. Clearly many folks are not inline with the safe working environment.  Obviously they are just covering their butts, and trying to drive home the point.
