Mafell P1CC cutting Insulated panel?

Have  a  lot  of  80mm  insulated  panel  to  cut.  Sheet metal  encased  polyurethane.
About  70  rectangular  holes to be precise  about  400mm x  280mm.
We  currently use  cordless  jigsaws,  sawing  one side  first  then the other side  separately.

So  it  made me think of the Mafell P1CC  as  I seen  good comments  about  this jigsaw  on the FOG.
The  intention  would  be to use  a blade  to  cut  both  sides  of the panel  at once.

My  initial  thoughts  would be that  the blade  wavers  on the opposite  side leaving an  unsightly  cut.
Certainly  with my  Metabo cordless  jigsaw  I would expect that result.
Anyone any thoughts  on this  and any thoughts  on a good blade?
Many Thanks.

Festool sells a special insulation blade for jig saws:  S 155/W/3
Although I have not have good results with it.

May be better switch to a dedicated insulating saw: ISC 240?

I once used my HKC/TS 55 on FS rails on 90 mm insulation and after that I used a (cheap) japanese handsaw to cut the rest of the cut. The cut came out pretty square.

Nice looking saw  though I don't think it would cut metal.
My panels  are 80mm  sandwich  with  sheet metal surface  on both sides.

Coming up unavailable when I check the link for Screwfix.
Is this the blade being referred to: Bosch T318AF Jigsaw Blades 2608634241 5pce Metal Sheets.

Google search came up with other suppliers, in UK, who do have in stock?
(I currently use similar DeWalt blades that have been fine for cutting steel trunking.)

I'm curious what the thickness of the aluminum is and what the thickness of the polyurethane is?

If the aluminum is just a thin veneer then you'd want to choose the blade based on the majority of the material you're cutting.

Bosch makes long blades to cut 4 x 4 material and 6 x 6 material. Need to know the material being cut to decide upon the blade used for the task.
