I saw this at the Lowe’s in Murphy, NC.  It was $67 four days ago there.

Stacked on the same uneven racks as always I bet.

Hard to get a flat piece of ply of any type from either HD or Lowes.

Here, that Top Choice maple is $85 at Lowe’s. Oak is a little cheaper.

HD’s hardwood ply from Columbia Forrest Products is still hanging on at $58. I believe maple, oak, and birch are all priced the same (if they have any in stock).

It will be another 3-4 weeks before the price of plywood comes down. Lumber futures has gone down, dimensional lumber pricing is mostly back to normal, but plywood's price has more inertia. Retailers are still trying to move old stock that they acquired at a much higher price. Check back in October, I'm sure it will be around $65.

I got 3/4 inch maple ply last week for $58/sheet.  I bought enough for cabinets for the office and laundry room.
