You'd have to find someone to print it for you, there are services for sure. Or if I decide to offer them for sale.....
Hey, does anyone know the significance of the two outside notches that are about 20mm from the front? Not the centering ones.

22.5mm? They may align with the center 22.5mm that sets the position 35mm hinge cups with a 5mm boring distance.

ok, actually 22.5 from the center of the jig, about 13 from the front.
