Updated video:
Task:
Trimming of 3mm PVC edge tape, changing base/ bits and finally putting on a round over. When it comes to shaping/cutting PVC you have to make sure that as soon as you touch the workpiece (with a spinning tool) that you have to start moving right away to prevent melting.
Also, in the video you will see how little time it takes to switch from one task to another. It's almost real time in the clip. The part that makes it fast and easy is the the way Festool designed the router bits and bases (i guess) at the same time. All the bits have a fine black line on the shaft that indicates a line that should line up with the collet. After you have the two bases adjusted for those tasks, all you have to do is setting the bits at the right depth and you are ready to roll. No need to fine tune the whole set up!
