Hi,
First time poster, though I have been reading the threads for a few months. I am a Festool newbie so I don't have a lot to add, but am taking away a lot of good info.
Two issues that I thought I may ask here before dealing directly with Festool.
First, the rubber/plastic hose fitting that connects the tool to the hose of my MIDI Vac has come off. Clearly the hose is threaded. Clearly the inside of the attachment thingy is threaded deep inside. I can not get the hose to catch in the threads and screw on. Any helpful advice? I would hate to use warranty service for such a minor issue.
Second, from day one my Domino slot width dial has been loose. It will vibrate around when the unit is on and actually switch widths on occassion. Any idea on how to tighten that up or is this another potential warranty issue?
Thanks
Jeff
