Need A Tutorial On How To Use A Carvex...

Well, I've had the Carvex for a while now, but haven't really used it.  I've tended to use my Trion more, simply because I'm a little lost on which blade to use for what purpose and which mode to be in to get the cleanest cuts. 
If there's a Youtube on this, I'd be happy to watch it or if someone's prior post explains it all, please let me know.  Thanks for helping out this confused Carvex owner.
