When I was a machinist apprentice, the old steamers would tell me the same thing. Walk away take a break sort things out have a cup of coffee and go back.

Sometimes I forget that, I screw up big time or think I do. When i walk away for a while then go back, things dont look so messed up and i find a way to correct the screw up.
