I have just striped a ton paint off  a bunch of interior windows in one of my properties.  I exposed a ton of beautiful gumwood. I was thinking of using the surfix products to finish them. My question is should I use the outdoor surfix oil because of all the exposer to uv light and changes in temperature?

Thanks

Hello and welcome to the FOG!
The oils are all linseed oil based, the outdoor oil is the only one with uv protection in it so I think it's a good choice for you since you need that protection around windows.
Good luck,

The UV additive won't last that long with constant sun exposure, so either be prepared to reoil once a year or as needed if gray wood starts to appear. Or choose a varnish that has a UV package to it as well.
I use Epifanes over a stain or oil finish, lasts for years and all that color and grain really show up nicely from your wood.
