Previously I had collected all my Pocket Screw jigs, screws, and clamps into a Sys 2 T-loc. I wanted a way of mounting my K5 Kreg jig without needing a board that would be loose and not able to fit inside my already crowded Systainer. [embarassed]
so, I bought me a Sys MFT, and removed the lid, then removed the Sys 2 lid, swapping them over. Next, I figured out where I wanted the K5 to sit on the MFT, and then drilled and installed 4 threaded inserts for 8-32 screws just below the surface.
Now I have a secure worktop for the Kreg Jig, and I can open the Systainer while the jig is bolted up.
Once I'm done, all the jig parts go back into the Sys 2, and I still have an MFT top to work with as needed for other things.
Now all I have to do is figure out what to do with the empty Sys 1... [wink]
