Hi -

We recently added some multi-layer foam to our Stores (too inexpensive and bulky to ship, so not on the US or international sites) - and have  developed templates to help people fit inserts to the three most common systainer sizes (mini, regular Sys, and Midi).

All you have to do is print the PDF's at actual size, and tape the sheets together.... cut out the template, and you're done.

For those of of you not in Canada, this link will take you to a set of templates (patterns) for systainer liners....

Cheers -

Rob,

Does Lee Valley have any plans to sell pre-cut layered foam for Systainers? I've bought the layered foam sheets and used the templates, but I'd prefer to buy them ready made.

I've tried that perforated foam and didn't like it. What I was referring to was the "Layered foam", similar to Kaizen foam:

There's a forum member who sells pre-cut Kaizen foam for systainers on ebay. I've bought some and it's a great product, but shipping to Canada really hurt! If Lee Valley sold their foam cut for systainers, it would be great for us canucks.
