Super excited to receive my new "tool" in the mail last week.  [big grin]

I was super pumped to try out the new green item in the shop and start working "Faster, Easier, Smarter". However after after a few days trial run of the new "Tool" I believe it to be faulty  [scared]. By no means did this new tool increase production [eek]. Over the 3 day trial the problem areas are: lost pencil ( 4 times) misplaced Tape measure ( 2 times) one board cut to short[doh].

Just wondering if anyone else was experience these issues after receiving their new "Faster, Easier, Smarter Tool"? maybe its just mine  [cool]

Got my set in with my latest purchase.  Festool hat yay!  20 year old kid I work with has one of everything from dewalt, really doesn't get the festool thing.  Yet.  I will convert him OH YES

I told my Dad hey, check out my free hat.  I got it with my fancy new tools.  He said it was the most expensive free hat ever.

Pretty sure he's right on that point.  But hey - free hat!

This AM my wife went out the front door to get the paper. She found the good size FESTOOL box on the porch. First thing she sais was "What Festool stuff did you buy NOW?. "Nothing"!" I said. "Well there is a big Festool box here on the front porch".

Well in the big Festool box (see the attached photo) was a nice FREE hat for registering my tools back in August.

I registered back in August I think...mysterious Festool box showed up at the door the other day.  But I was the one thinking..."I didn't order anything!!".  Opened the box and smiled...nice surprise!  Thank you!
