The best plywood money can buy?

It's not about ordering a truckload of what you want. It's about getting them to add the few sheets of what you want to the truckload of what they are getting. This way you don't get the pants beat off of you with shipping.

Exactly....it's the same way when purchasing special sized NY bluestone from the local garden shop. If you add it to their normal order it ships free, if you special order the stuff, it costs $500 just for shipping.

it is too bad you are not in S cal. I have quite a bit of Finland ply. White, blue, black, grey and natural.  I love the stuff. IT does seem  hard to find. I believe one of the importers died a couple of years back.

where in So Cal do you live, Im in Fullerton, Scott F is a little South of me.

I usually show up to their festool days and went to one of their Water base finishing classes.

I live in Houston and I would suggest that you call two places and talk to them about what you want. One is Hardwood Products on West Sam Houston Parkway and the other one is Masons Mill and Lumber Supply on Tanner Rd.

Hardwood Products has a reputation for having the best plywood selection in town and if they don’t have what you need they will probably know who else does. Mason’s Mill is the largest supplier in town for all woodworking trades from Cabinet Makers to door and window makers to Furniture Manufacturers.

So do I. I also go for the old tool swap meet. I go back to when Alan worked there and Festool just started. I go there to poke around all the time.
