This is an insane thread! 

I remember walking around Italy admiring the well built and massive exterior doors. 

Sadly I don't think theres a market for that kind of work in my area......Most entire door projects would be the cost of the hardware you are using.

Your routing methods for curved panels are inspiring.  My mind starts to spin thinking about the jigs.

Dont stop the posts and get that video camera working and start a YouTube channel!

Thank you for that link!  I'm amazed by those jigs......not sure where in the USA to buy the rods and bearing guides?

McMaster, grainger, zorotools, Thor labs too might carry them.

needed for round parts for this mirror
 
How do you think up all them cool jigs? You will never need a cnc with all your jigs. I'm in love with that mirror frame! It's a fantastic piece of work
