[member=63187]ctsvnino[/member] we are working on a modular system for plywood based components for housing SYSTAINERS and L-BOXX in shelf and rack  systems in Transit, Sprinter, Promaster, Chevy Express and NISSAN NV.
We are gathering input from a group of Van using Pro's under our "Van Taskforce" to establish common needs so it becomes practical and affordable to offer modular solution kits for self-installation.

I will email you a dimensioned interior plan for the 78" Hi-roof TRANSIT version you are planning to equip - let me know whether 130 or 148 wheelbase and side door configuration.

I would be happy to share my sketchup model for my 2016 Ford Transit High Roof 148" wheelbase. the cargo box is drawn somewhat rudementary but the dimensions are 'accurate' or slightly towards the safe side. For example the wheel wells are slightly oversized as to not make anything fit too tight. I searched forever trying to find a pre-existing model and couldn't find one I could trust. I'm about halfway through my van build out at the moment and everything is working out nicely.

I found this to be a nice simple resource for some of the cargo dimensions. click on the upfit guide and download the PDF. There is a page with a bunch of the interior dimensions.

Once they are same width and depth as sysyainer they work well .I just have full length opening .I use a conector block with one screw in it so it pivots left and right to hold in transit .nothing has ever fallen out and there is always a latch to hold whatever sysyainer I put in .cheap and cheerful that works
