What - non Festool - tool / workshop related gizmo/stuff did you buy today?

After getting some insight and answers to a few questions from @luvmytoolz I purchased a Lamello Zeta P2 and the connector assortment pack. I build lots of cabinets and am remodeling portions of our house. I figured I had more needs for Zeta than I do a Conturo. That said, I hope to justify the Conturo as well based on doing most of the remodeling myself.
Congrats! The accessory pack has a lot in it hey?

The only thing that I thought was disappointing was the plastic Divario marking gauge, but the flexible hex driver for the Clamex is absolutely gold and makes up for it!

Looking forward to hear how you go using it!

I've been interested in exploring Japanese chisels and a hammer for those chisels. I expressed this interest in a thread and had some great information, Thank you. Derek connected me with a supplier in Tokyo: Covington & Sons, and my order of a 300g gennou hammer head and 30mm Hantataki chisel arrived today. Thanks, Derek!

Blum Eco drill that also looks like a shocked robot
I have that. It replaced the Kreg which I did not like.

It is very nice. Grips reliably. Allows you to drill for knock in hinges. I really like the knock in hinges, especially if you work in softer woods like pine. You don’t have to worry about stripping out the screw from the soft wood or melamine clad particle board. If you go that route, the Knock in device from Blum looks unnecessary (and you can get by without it) but it works perfectly and and consistently with a single whack of the hammer.

If you go that route, get some extra screws and plastic dowels. I have not used this company, but their prices look good:
