Where to buy inserts.

Do you have to buy inserts from Ecat or do retailers  have  that  available to them? My son was having trouble getting the pad changedo on my LS130  and  the  systainer grew legs and disappeared, so I  need an insert and systainer.  Thanks

You can order inserts from our service department. Your dealer may also be willing to get one for you. EKAT does not have order capability.
