where to find a flexible curve template

These are new offerings from CMT. I'll be getting some in soon. There are 3 different sizes/concepts. The width-vs.- length comes in to how they work.

If this is the Kurvenlinfix or similar to I ordered one of these about two years ago and they are awesome! I have used it several times to make arched top face frames for open book cases on built ins. Trace the curve you want, cut close with a jig saw, secure it down with the screw provided and then a quick pass with a pattern bit and walla perfect arch every time. Would highly recommend this if you do curves or arches on a regular basis.

That is a real eye catcher Michael although it raises obvious questions -- were those ladies profiled on a CNC machine & what role did the flexible template have in the project?

I think the woodriver ones are more for generating a curve you can trace with a pencil. Not sure if it would be able to be as a router edge guide like the woodline / kurvinlinfix.

Thanks for the woodline post, gonna order me one. I've been sorta keeping my eye out for something like this.

I got some of these CMT flexible routing templates. They are pretty cool.

They are made of a type of plastic that has good mechanical resistance like typical plastics but instead of plasticly deforming, they spring back like rubber (sort of).
