I'd like to build a bench like the one below but would like mine to be mobile, on 4 casters.  I'll use it to store tools, be an out feed table, and perhaps as a cabinet assembly table.  That said, I don't want it to sag and could easily have a few hundred pounds in tools and wood to support.  I'm not familiar with the strength of aluminum extrusion so hopefully somebody here with more experience can advise me with their knowledge. 

The bench in the build below used lite extrusion (perhaps ultra lite).  Is lite a bad choice for my needs?  Should I go with standard instead?  Would it be necessary to use 1530 or 4080 on the bottom or top rails to avoid deflection or is 1515/4040 fine?

I’ve used a lot of 80/20 in both regular and light variants. I’ve also purchased imperial and metric variants.

The best advice I can give is to choose a profile and stick with it. The more you use it, the more uses you will find for it.

I’d suggest the regular version as it’s the most commonly available and also the strongest. There are also slight dimensional differences between the imperial and metric versions which can become a nuisance when you try to combine them in the same project. That’s the reason it’s important to choose one and stick with it.

I did look at your build which is similar in essence to what I want to build and noticed your 1530 top which makes sense for cabinet assembly up top to achieve a level surface, assuming the 1515 would bend.  You don't use it on the bottom but I'd imagine the weight is shifted like rafters to the corner posts which sit on top of the caster or is the caster not underneath the corner posts?

Thanks for sharing but how do I use this?  Is Richard's design fixed whereas the one I linked considered supported (even though only 1/2 of the extrusion is bolted to the support leg)?  I would have thought supported would be stronger; however, the deflection calculator shows the opposite to be true.

For 200lbs profile load and 1530mm length, it shows ...

.0169" X-axis deflection for 4080UL and .0186" X-axis deflection for 1530UL, fixed 2 ends
.0677" X-axis deflection for 4080UL and .0744" X-axis deflection for 1530UL, supported 2 ends

I suppose adding a middle support leg or even 2 short legs which continue above the systainer dividers with another horizontal extrusion would minimize the deflection even more making Ultra Light a decent choice if using the 1530/4080 profile for the top.  What about the bottom, can I safely use the 1515/4040 without worrying it will develop a large bow over time and no longer be straight?

I see lots of Black extrusion for sale, has anybody seen a good looking black bench/cart?  I can't seem to find any and it seems like it could be cool to match the SawStop ,perhaps even with a Red bar on top or side?
