Which boom arm for CT26?

I was looking at the boom arms on the Festool USA site.

This page has a boom arm for $250 that says it requires a handle for the CT22 or CT33, but doesn't say it's only for those two models.

This page, on the other hand, lists a boom arm "bundle" for the CT26 or CT36 only, but appears to list the exact same components.  In fact, other than the handle comment, the descriptions are virtually identical, although the pictures are slightly different.

So, which one is the correct one?  If the bundle is right, what's included for that extra $100?

its probably because the 22 is discontinued.

The description on this page: http://hepa.festoolusa.com/hepa%2Dvacuums/models/accessories/ will shed some light on it. The set for the 26/36 also includes the handle.

The boom arm 492753 work with the CT 26 & 36. I just need to update the description on the website. Sorry. You'll need the CT handle (495802) and the mounting bracket (496780) for the CT 26/26. Or, you can buy the set which has everything you need.

The old Boom Arm Set (for 22/33) was $325 and had the Boom Arm, Handle, and Boom Arm Tool Holder.

The new Boom Arm Set (for 26/36) is $350 and has the Boom Arm, Handle, Boom Arm Support Bracket, and Boom Arm Tool Holder.

The Boom Arm Support Bracket costs $31 and is required to use the old Boom Arm with the new CT 26/36. You would also need a new handle.

EDIT: The Sets are a better deal if you don't already have a handle. Essentially, you get the Boom Arm Tool Holder free.

Thanks for clearing that up, guys.  I've spent quite a bit of time drooling over those boom-equipped CTs at my local Woodcraft, maybe if I get a tax return I can splurge.

Sure was hoping the $250 model was the one, though ...  [sad]
