Thanks for the kind remarks,but, no, I had never worked with acrylic before. Everything was done as though I was cutting Oak or Cherry, not plastic (Table saw, router, drill press). Very easy to work with. I got "cast" acrylic, which lends itself to machining very easily.

Just another spin on this jig. I made some longer metric fence rods for my 1010 routers and purchased an extra std fence and use the pair together on both sides of the router. Old trick works great. Very accurate setup

@Chad, good idea, i thought of that aswell, but I only had my bosch router then, and due to the design of the fence on that router, I would have needed VERY long rails. I think that set up would would be just as accurate as the of/fh in regards to centering, but does it also keep the router straight on a beveled door edge?
