No, the base you're thinking of is for the OF2200 only. I remember a FOG member came up with this concept a couple of years ago with his home made version. You could make your own too.
What you are looking for is a # 492-574 ($29.50) "Hard fiber base runner with reduced centering bore" it snaps right into the 1400 base and brings the base up to the correct height of the guide rail.
Its not split like the one for the 2200 but it works fine if you have the entire base of the router riding on your surface, not on the guide rail.

Part No. 492574, the Hard Fiber Base Runner, will not level the OF1400 router when on the Guide Rail. This has all been discussed here before, and that part only adds 3mm to the base, not the 5mm required to level the router. I own this Hard Fiber Base Runner too and agree that is does not work to level the OF1400 router.
