Okay. Shocker! My CT-VA arrived yesterday from US Tool & FASTENER. I unpacked it and had my new straight adapter all ready to fit. Pull out the short hose and lo and behold it had a 90 degree on one end and a straight on the other!!!
I attached it as supplied and everything works just great with the MIDI. Now I have the spare replacement to hand. Guess I’ll just keep it in case I need to adapt another hose in the future!!
