Just wanted to share my first experience with Festool Service. Dropped of my RO125 (5 years old mind you) last Thursday at Woodwerks here in Columbus. I have 2 of these sanders so I was in no hurry to get it back. Monday they called me with the estimate for plug, bearings and brushes, which I approved. Wednesday my sander is back in my hand. That is simply unreal. I had a saw worked on LOCALLY this year and it was 11 weeks when I finally went in to pick it up repaired or not. Palsode nail gun was 14 weeks. Unacceptable. I have to say this level of service puts Festool in a league of their own IMO. Guess I'll have to buy some more green.
