Like you richy3333 I spent a day going to the roadshow to check there was a problem with my new OF1010. I've spent a lot too but I won't be spending anymore if they can't provide a decent after sales service.
I do have an email for someone in their end user team so I'm going to try that. I'll let you know if I get anywhere.
