Lol I bought a trailer not long ago.  9th by 4th inside measurement.  So I can easily take rubbish from a job now also can pick up large materials if needed and if/when I get my work shop done if I make something for some one I can easily get it to the job .  Also tools like compressor sand plaster cement mixer stihl saw things like that i hate having inmmy van as they are large and get in the way so better on a trailer.

If you are making nested cabinets you cannot do horizontal drilling unless you reposition the panels that require horizontal drilling, that causes problems
with repositioning accuracy.  I produce nested cabinets and use Rafix fittings from Hafele that do not require horizontal drilling.
For pricing check the website for their price list, I have a10 x 5 with two spindles and a drilling head, their tool changer is about £10,000  but was not available when I bought mine.

There are about 7000 Shopbots around the World, even people like Boeing use them for cutting components, also the Shopbot support is second to none.

What size of operation do you have (manpower and workshop size)  ?

Would I not cut all the panels then I could I drill all the hole including the horizontal holes?

Just wondering y u say it's not accurate as multi cam have a separate head which does horizontal holes which would just drop down leaving the panel in same position

to place a horizontal drill between the components, laying a 18mm panel on a flat bed there is no router that will allow you to drill in the
center of the panel edge.  CNC machines the can perform horizontal drilling usually have raised vacuum pods and three locating pins controlled
by air to position the panel and then retract to allow edge machining, the picture of the Multicam you have posted does not look if it has raised
vacuum pods or locating pins...I maybe wrong

No the multi cam is just a large vacuum bed.

Currently it's just me [big grin] well me and my work mate we do jobs together I'm thinking I could carry on what I'm doing and more with work shop. Cus I keep turning jobs down which require a workshop because I do some work form them n I make small things then the client says can u build this and that and I have to say no and source it out! Well I want to do the job really. So I'm thinkin I could eventually make my own stuff my mate could fit and do job and I could help or make some more stuff. My mate could also make stuff cus he currently pays this builder to use his shop sometimes so he has some workshop skills.

24 meters long  5meters wide (first 18meters) then it Tees out and it's 14meter wide.

Hey JMB,  congrats on your new tow bar  haha!    Tell me how that thing stays locked in the socket.  I can't make out the diagrams in the pictures.   Just curious cause here in the states we have a very caveman yet reliable connection for the hitch. It's just some steel square stock for the hitch and fits into a larger piece of square stock on the tow bar.  The two are  secured together with a steel through pin.   So do tell.  It's cool look'n.   

Very simple actually I think.

It has a tapered bar  inside which moves back and forth when I push the lever into the red stone back into the green zone.   Their are 3 balls you can see 2 on top in the picture and 1 underneath.  Well when I push the leaver forward the bar inside moves back and the balls fall down flush.  This then allows me to push the tow bar into place.  Inside the bracket on my can it has a groove for the balls to go into. When I release the lever a spring forces the lever back and the rod forward the rod pushes the balls outwards into the groove.  Their is no way The tow bar could come of now as the Walls can not retract while the bar is behind them pushing them outwards.  It feels very solid no movement at all.

Plus you can see the green section is half way well when fitted the lever only goes part way on the green so it's constantly trying to tighten up while it's on.  It comes with a key so the leaver can not be pushed passed green into to the red area where it would release.

Hey I like that.  That design seems like it's less likely to rattle around in the receiver part which I find super annoying loaded or not.  Who makes it?  I want to check out the specs and see if I can get it here in the states.

No the tow bar Is solid it does not wobble at all. It's constantly being pulled in and tightened the only movement is van when I try and bounce on the tow bar up and down and push it side ways.

Shopbot with a lot less outlay. If you use a Shopbot for around £800 you can get a link to use eCabinets  http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/index.html , the programme is free and can only be used by a Thermwood or Shopbot router.

Hello I have had mint day for delivery parcels!

I got my ladder delivered to day I had them delivered monday but unfortunately they where badly damaged so on wednesday I called to get them replaced and I received the new set of ladders to day and they will be picking up the damaged ones monday seems strange might as well of picked the damaged ones up at the same time.

I got my Blum Cristallo mirror hinges to day! I only ordered them yesterday after noon about 3o clock fastest delivery I have ever had! I got them from

brilliant service. Many places on the net wanted me to order a minimum of 250 and some said they would get back to me but never did!!  y would I want to order that many!  Only wanted 4 of them lol!

I ordered my 5m and 3m HDMI and mini display port on wednesday from amazon and they have also arrived to day!

Finally the most important parcel which arrived to day was!! but also the most expensive! FOGTAINERS! It works out £85 per fogtainer including delivery and customs charge  [scared] I think ill just keep them for show.

No ALL the fronts are printed! I stuck the stickers on the sides.   I still need to stick the label on the side of the systainer 2.

Hello!

Well Like I said got my two new Tools!  MAN was quick only ordered them yesterday! late morning they came this morning!  Good Rexy!

Any way here they are!

MULTI TOOL

The Multi tool is something I wanted cus sometimes its one simple cut and gettin a extension cable and the fein out just sometimes seem to much hassle for such a small cut but I couldn't cut it with out the fein soooo a cordless one it what I needed!   I used the bosch cordless and I thought it was weak and under powered and battery dont last very long!  

So I am hoping Milwaukee will do better with the 3.0 12v batteries.  First impressions Feels solid!  Sounds good!  It cuts fine seems to be able to hand it fine!

BUT BUT BUT What I dont like about it is!  

1. Needs alan key to fix blade

2. It vibrates to much not the blade the actual tool kinda like a womans...........  no joke! It tickles your hand!

3. The tools comes with an adapter! YES I will loose that thing so kinda annoying! The adapter is so you can use Fein blades BUT the tool comes with a sanding bad which requires the adapter aswell.

4. If you look at the picture you can see the charger has a NON UK plug!  No what is that about!  I can not charge the DAM batteries!

Palm Nailer!

Well MAN it has some power I couldnt find any nails at home so I used it on some screws and it just banged them in  50 x 5. screws!   BUT BUT problem! I found some lost heads in my van!! Well watch the video you will see what happens with them!  I thought these palm nails could nail any type of nail I dont know maybe some one can tell me what I can and cannot use but these lost heads get stuck all the time!

Hey jmb, you just couldnt resist eh? ha ha thought it would be those, i go to america a lot and used to buy games consoles so i would use a step down transformer, i know its a pain but you may have to carry one of those round with you to charge unless milwaukee have a uk spec charger, im guessing its new kit not available here yet? If you was all 110v kit you could just charge of a transformer.

It is a UK charge I bought it in UK from Rexy Crystals !  Im calling Rexy 2 moro to let him know cus I dont know if he knows about it either cus he has only JUST got them in!  The spec reads on the back of the charger 220V - 240V  so its just the plug end the charger will work fine but that aint the point you dont buy a tool for you then to stick your own plug on it lol.

So no one has any knowledge if palm nails should be able to nail small headed nails! 

Annoying thing is the NAIL is still STUCK!  I cnt get it out lol!

Oh no I couldnt lol! ITs just a toy to play with really lol!  The multi tool is for work though but I must admit the palm nailer is just for fun I think!  Hey it might come in handy we will see!
