Did you do stage one on the CNC?

As Dean has pointed out.......  [crying] [sad] [mad]  Nope not with the CNC all Manually using my Festool OF2200. 

Cant wait for the CNC to be up and running so I don't have to make these by hand!  I can tell you now I am not going to miss making these manually!

Yeah -- that is a lot of routing!  Wow -- how long does it take for each ring pass?  the OF2200 is certainly up for the task.

Latest kit I bought.  Not been posting many things on fog lately.   Thought I post this new kit I bought.

Paint drying rack bought two pro sets.

Not used it much really just had a play with it.  I tested to see if it would glue solid oak edging on.

I think it got upto 3mm thick oak any more and it started to snap the oak as it bent onto the work piece. This was doing 20mm wide edge.   Don't know how it will handle doing 40mm wide solid oak.  

Ill be using it on a job next week.

I wanna make a round puck mould out of metal or rubber.    So when you change over from different colour glue it forces the left over out might aswell remould it into a new one to use for another job.

So, how did it go? I mean using the wide solid oak etc.
