Kitchen Cabinets

Jeff - question for you.  What are the dimensions you're using for your face frames and what are your reveals?  Top is flush - bottoms and sides?

Pghmyn:  Thanks for the nice compliment.

Bwiele:  The face frames are mostly 1 3/4 inches.  Some of the drawer units have 1 1/2 inch rails at the top and center to allow for a larger drawer size.  The top of the face frames are flush with the top of the cabinet boxes.  On the sides they overhang 1/4 inch on each side of the box.  On the bottoms of the wall cabinets they overhang  1 1/2" to act as a light rail for under cabinet lighting.  On the bottom of the base cabinets they overhang the boxes by 1" where the toe kick would be.  My doors and drawer fronts are sized to show 1/2" of the face frame on each side of the doors.  I left more reveal on the wall cabinets at the tops of the doors for attaching crown.  Good luck on your project.
