MFT 8 x 4 CAD file?

Does anyone know where i could find a CAD file to cut a full 8x4 foot (1220x2440) sheet of plywood to use as an MFT style bench top?

I have a file for a smaller piece but would like to find something ready to send to a CNC workshop without having to make adjustments ideally.

Here ya go. It's a .dxf file with the holes centered on a 1220x2440 rectangle. Since they're doing through holes, I believe it's all your CNC guys will need but ask them beforehand.

Hey J Kissinger and WOW,

Thanks very much for the responses!  thats really kind of you both to offer, I think i should be good with the one WOW posted for now.

I actually made a work bench copy routing from my festool mft3 but as you can imagine that was a whole days work just in that and probably less accurate than CNC ing.

I'm planning to get one for my brother and also to cut a few more tops for the workshop in general so this is going to save a lot of time.
