I am trying to make the metric transition so I ordered a 600mm T-Square from WP.  Box showed up pretty beat up and had lots of clear packing tape, in addition to the WP branded tape.  Very light box.  Of course the T-Square was missing.  I sent an email to WP, offering pictures of the box prior to opening it, and they responded within 12 hours that they would take care of this.  Five days later I get the new package and the T-Square was in tact. Not sure if all vendors would do this but I am very happy with how WP handled it.  I just hope they beat up the carrier for such a crappy job.

WP is always that responsive. While the cost of their tools is high, they stand behind them 100%. Lee Valley/Veritas and Lie-Nielsen are the same. These are companies who have succeeded based on the high quality of their tools and their high level of support to their customers.

Woodpeckers took care of an issue I had earlier this month. I had ordered the Deluxe Router table and inadvertently been shipped the smaller table and matching smaller legs. I called and replacement were sent along with return labels.
