One day I wanted to use my saw and I noticed an oil leak under the blade, I then called Festool service tool department and spoke to Brad. He really went out of his way helping me to prepare the item for shipment. After 3 days that Festool had received my tool, I received a call from Lester and an email that the tool was repaired and being shipped back to me. Lester took the time to go over every item that was replaced including the re-calibration of the saw. He supplied me with the tracking number so I could track my shipment back to me..This is exactly the reason why I rely only on Festool for its products, quality and repair service which is above and beyond any other manufacturer. Top Notch!!!!
