Anyone here done the senco in a tloc job. Just bought a pc1010 and I have a spare sys4. By the looks of it you just need to cut off the handle.

Would like to hear from someone who's done it and how its been long term.

In Holland this compressor is sold in a T-Loc systainer SYS 4.
On the picture I see no handle on the compressor in the systainer.
You better contact Senco about this.
There's even a Senco version of the Schneider compressor.

I have a sys 4 that holds all of my finish  nail guns and a sys box that holds all of the nails / staples for said guns. When in storage (rarely) my 1010 sitis on top of these two trainers very nicely. I love the idea of ststainers and all but personally have never felt the need to put my small compressor in one.

I have a 10' and 25' hose that fits in with my nails guns along with oil, eyes, ears, extra hose fittings, wrenches, and hose tape for the fittings.

It would fit but to me just dosent add up to being worthy

We stock the top one, which I think is a standard PC1010 with the handle cut off. The motor and tank may be a little closer together also. The bottom one looks cool, I have messaged Senco UK to check availability and price.

Best regards

Warren

Neelman,

Yeah they are available here too Warren at toolfest sells them.

Early,

I'm thinking the same that I don't really need it systainer-ized.

I've had mine in a sys4 for about two years with no problems thus far (knock on wood!)
I cut the handle off next to the base brackets, and shaved some of the ribs off rear interior of systainer to fit.

My full setup is bolted to a SYS-CART (4x 8-32 screws, stronger than relying on the latches,) with an attic lid added on for air nozzle, 2" brads, and replacement tips for guns.
I have a SYS-Midi3 on top with hose, nail guns, fasteners, hot melt gun, and caulk gun.

Hi Warren

If you get any developments of the above built in compressor I would be interested to hear about it. I'm very interested in the identical Schneider sysmaster but I would have to order it from Germany.

Gerschwitz is the best shop in Germany to inform about sending the Schneider compressor to Ireland.
It sells for €348 incl. VAT.
The Senco/Toolnation version sells for €604 incl.VAT. in Holland.

Just waiting to hear back from warren before I make a decision

Regards

William

I've sent the request but don't hold your breath, enquiries like this have taken weeks to get answers before.  :)

Rest assured as soon as I get a reply I'll post it though.

Best regards

Warren

Thanks Warren

I'm in no major panic for the compressor atm so I will wait to see if you get an answer.

Thanks again

William

Very happy with the performance of mine. I have a Tloc 5 which holds my PC1010, two nailers, and hose.  Added the MFT top to it as a potable little work table.

Looks good Anthony. Did you mod the 1010 in anyway or does it fit straight in as is on its side like that ?

That's AWESOME! I need to get one now. Is it more quiet being inside the T-Loc? Any heat build up to be concerned about?

I just took the rubber feet off the bottom. That's the only mod. I also rotated the gauge so I could read the pressure, not really a mod though. The mods to the systainer was the MFT top, adding a plug port to the side and a rubber grommet to allow the hose to come out the side. I am planning to make a clip or something to hold the hose on the outside for when I am on site for quick mobility, but the will go in the systainer for storage.

With the MFT top there is plenty of porting for air, so heat has not seem to be an issue. It does make it a little more quiet, but the PC1010 is probably one of the quietest compressors I have ever used. You can easily talk over the sound of the compressor compared to a pancake compressor, which you have to practically yell over.

I just went down the shop and tried it before you replied.

Ahh so you just take off the feet what about draining moisture are you worried about it now the valve is on top
