I'm sure this isn't a new idea, but I searched and couldn't find anything.
The green splinter guards for the TS55 and 75 (for the right side of the blade) work well, but only with the depth of cut originally used (or deeper). I've started marking on mine with a Sharpee (black permanent marker) as to the depth of cut they were used. This way, I can use them multiple times, without fear of not having complete splinter protection.
