Needing more Festool systainer storage, I built this out of leftover materials from other projects. I also used salvaged baltic birch for the drawers and casters from an old router table. The side and top materials are 3/4" two sided melamine and the back is 1/4 melamine (both mdf core). I used dowel screws from McFeely's to assemble the case. Alignment was used with a domino at each corner that really made drilling the dowel holes and assembly easy. System holes were drilled with the LR-32 system and an OF1400 router. I did the entire length for adjustability should future needs dictate. It is nearly dimensionally identical to the Festool systainer port (only difference is 10mm narrower). The only thing I didn't have on hand were the carriage bolts for the casters which cost me $2.43 including tax.
