Which multi-purpose sander to buy?

The RO150 would work well for sanding out a floor around the edges, doorways, etc. As far as the whole floor it could do it but dumb. Go rent a machine or hire a guy.
My floor guy, who is also a friend for the last 25 years or so, liked my RO90 & 150/3 combo set up so much for sanding that he convinced me to lend it to him for a job. (a friend in need is a pest) I sort of knew I would never get them back (which I didn't). Had to go buy new ones but the trade off is another story.
I use my RO90 for polishing motorcycles, works great. The 150 would probably be good for cars but I'd probably look at a shinex if I were polishing cars.

Post what the trade-off was on another thread, anyone who can put up with losing 2 Festool sanders must have a great story to tell.  [jawdrop] [jawdrop]
