I read the topic and was going to reply later and tottally forgot!

Building is up!  Just waiting for steel work for one part of the roof and structural loads calculations for oak trusses so I can start making the oak trusses.

Ill post pictures in abit.

The three phase is still on going! Just going with the flow with that one. 

As far as jcb we have come to an agreement about the boundary.

I came up with a solution. 

The fencing company wanted 25k to move 7 fence posts which jcb said was a no go. 

So I said just dont do the sound proof fence  and stick a normal fence on the boundary because the work shop will do a better job at stopping sound than the sound proof fence.

I don't know.  They have a lot of money i suppose if you have that much money all you can do is buy houses and land. lol

They own HOUSES all over UK Bet they have a house or two in Scotland

Think every area has someone that owns a large amount of land/ property. There one round here, name seems o be on everything

Walls are only about 2meters or less can't remember

The workshop is downstairs.

The ceiling is 2.8meter downstairs.

It's the new festool Quadrill use to be protool drill.   

Was going to get it in protool prefer the green lol
