Need .66" cutter for 8020 joinery

I’d contact the manufacturer of the extrusion. I’m sure they’ll probably offer cutters of the correct diameter, I know 80/20 does.

According to my handy dandy drill bit chart, probably 17mm (43/64" also close).  Depends on how tight you need it.

Yup. It's Bosh.

I'm figuring on using my drill press and not bother buying the special jig.

I was looking for specifically what they spec the hole size (bit size actually) to be in order to give me that perfect fit. No play to speak of but yet doesn't require a hammer to set it in there either.

I looked through a few downloaded catalogs and such from their site but couldn't find the spec on their "Quick Connectors" and the size of that barrel and requisite hole size.

I might need to call them.

Check out AluFab.  They carry Bosch extrusion and offer all the same machining.  They would probably sell you the right size drill bit or machine your stuff for you.  I'll post their website link, they've always responded really quickly when I email through their website.
