I am looking at router oF1400 (on amazon.com)

It comes with  a guide bushing adapter.
1. is it metal one?

on amazon.com i have spotted bushing (Brass) kit : Kempstone 99000 10 pcs.
2: will that fit the guide that comes with a router? (any extra sugestion)

Thanks a lot  ;)

I just bought the Kempston set and I was very happy with it.  The pieces are all nice and heavy, well made and finished.
It seems like the only differences between the two sets (other than $10) is that the Kempston set comes with an adaptor (which you won't need if you buy the OF1400) and it also comes with a case.  Though -- if you buy the MLCS set without a case, maybe it'll give you an excuse to buy another systainter to keep everything in  [wink]

Also - my only complaint about the set is that the bushings are not marked.  I've been trying to figure out a good way to etch the OD and ID so I don't have to break out the calipers every time I use them.

if theyre brass like you said, just about any metal numbering stamping set would do it easy

For real accuracy with a guide bushing you need to be sure the bushing is well centered. There are centering tools that make this easy.

Great point!  I wish the manufacturer would have done it but shouldn't be too hard.
