TS55, OF1400 and OF1010 Imperial Depth Scale.

Thats a good question actually.  I have no clue if it will work on a ATF.  Your scale is on the side  isn't it?

I guess the questions are is the scale the same, is the plastic smooth enough to stick and does your pointer get close enough to the top of saw to work !

Consider this a "teaser" color.

Might be available if it doesn't come back cost prohibitive.  I am hoping I can do it for the same price.  Basically silver lettering on black background.

Its a little more of a process but I like it.  I am thinking this would be track saw only as the routers are small and would be harder to read.

I have a dozen of the black test labels for sale. Still don't have a final cost on them yet but figured I would post the test run for sale.  I am not going to put them on the payment page because for now when they are gone they are gone.  So if you are interested in the black with white lettering which is closer to OEM, please private message me.  Price is same as the others with free shipping.

Got my tape and it's on the saw.  Seems like it will work fine.  I'm going to put a fine white line on the pointer part of the depth ajuster so it will be easier to see.
Here's a couple of pics, a little dark where you need to see but you get the "picture".

Rusty, that's the ATF55?

So it appears a decal needs to end at  1 5/8" on the ATF ?

Also you have checked the scale and with it zeroed out the marks line up at  1", 1 1/2" etc with where they should on the MM scale?  So its correct scaling?

Is there anything that could be done with it to help ATF guys?

Well if I can get my hands on a TS75 I can make some progress. As mentioned about its not going to be easy.

Still not sure I will have black available. Its costly because its actually inverted. So all the black has to be printed.  But working on it :)

Here is a enhanced version of your picture.  Curious where you have zero set it. It appears about 7 or 8 mm?  Is your track 5mm like the TS55/75 saws?

Thanks Rusty.

If I zero the tape with the scale on the saw, at 20mm on the saw it's around 19 on your tape, so your tape is a little longer between marks than the saw.  But at least now I have something I can see and go by much easier than the scale on the saw itself.  I'm not using it to cut dados or anything that the depth has to be super accurate so I think it will work fine.

Rusty can you print from a PDF?

Wondering if I can make you a template to test. I will send you an updated decal that's perfect if you want.

Yes, it is set a little deep.  I went back to the shop and moved it up so that it was zeroed with the saw.  I'll take another pic if you want but I have to go to work now so will do it tomorrow.

Sure anything I can do to help.  I know there has to be more ATF55 users out there.

Thank you Rusty.

Just so it's clear to anyone reading this. We are trying to make one for the older ATF saw.  The decals for the TS55 that I am selling are correctly calibrated.  Looks like with a little work I will have one for the ATF55 as well.
